Kratom and water, why dehydration is a serious matter not just concerning Kratom. Water can absolutely be one of the most helpful aid to help you get better and longer lasting effects of Kratom.

Water is an important essential building block for life. A life without water is a life that’s desperately begging for death to come knocking early at its door.

Are you someone who uses Kratom and feel awesome during the effects, but afterwards you feel extremely tired accompanied with slight straining of the neck?

I know that feeling, and it’s more than likely that you are not drinking enough water. A person who drinks plenty of water will never feel this way. Water is an amazing aid for Kratom users, and should not be neglected.

Dehydration is simply just another side effect of Kratom that can easily be avoided.

When you start drinking more water you will feel 10x better on Kratom than ever!

 

Mistakes People Make, Life Choices

A lot of people complain about feeling crappy after their Kratom effects wares off.

If you were to take a close look at their water consumption, you’ll most likely find that they are severely dehydrated.

Kratom like coffee does in fact dehydrate your body, and it is the reason why people feel symptoms of dehydration.

This is, however, a good lesson to teach people to drink more water and take better care of themselves. Your life choices today will build the foundation of what your future will be like health-wise and overall the longevity of your life.

So to all my fellow Kratom users, be sure to drink plenty of water!

 

What You Should Do Before Drinking Kratom ( IMPORTANT! )

If you are someone like me who wakes up early in the morning on an empty stomach and wanting to take Kratom, you’ll most likely notice that your mouth is quite dry first thing in the morning.

Start your morning with a glass of water or two and let it settle down for at least 15 – 30 minutes. You’ll begin to notice that your body is starting to feel awake and with the water revitalizing your mind and body.

After the 30 minutes, drink some Coffee with Kratom, or which ever drink you prefer to take Kratom with. Note that when you are drinking coffee in the morning, you will further dehydrate yourself, so you might want to consider adding more water to your daily routine.

Now, It doesn’t just stop there.

You need to be drinking plenty of water throughout the day, there is no stopping at this point. You wouldn’t want to feel crashes and uncomfortable migraines when the Kratom effects wares off would you?

Good, then keep hydrated (1) before, (2) during, and (3) after Kratom.

Do this and it will prevent all dehydration symptoms from using Kratom.

Conclusion:

Drink plenty of water when you take Kratom. water should already be a huge part of everybody’s life.

If you’re someone feeling tired or uncomfortable after the Kratom effects wears off, you most likely are dehydrated and I suggest that you drink more water. The difference will be night and day.

    Needed this reminder. I love this blog of posts. Drinking water is common sense really., but when you get evolved in your day you simply just don’t pay attention. I got a yeti cup, lol. Used it yesterday , kept if filled with ice water all day. And felt wonderful, even at bed time when I’m usually getting that tense neck migraine feeling you talked about. Was kinda glad to know I’m not the only one who gets that :))) thx again!!!

      Hey April, That’s awesome to hear! It can definitely be hard to remind yourself to drink water often, but attempting to do it every day will eventually build a natural habit for it, take it easy when you forget and just simply start. Yeti Cups are nice, but can’t beat my beer mug, call me a waterholic haha. Thanks for sharing, hope the neck migraine gets better for you 🙂

        This is actually very good advice people don’t think is the answer because it’s so simple. I took kratom after a long time not having any and it gave me the tension, shaky muscles, severe demotivation and lazyness. Still felt bad the next day after trying to calm down and realized I hadn’t eaten anything and had very little to drink. I got hydrated and moved around and was amazing how much better I felt.
