Alcohol can have this affect on you too, but no one ever drinks alcohol in moderation to get the confidence they desire until they are or close to the verge of being drunk. This is not to say having one or two beers is a bad thing, you can have it once in awhile, but making a lifestyle out of alcohol is something that is unhealthy and can potentially shorten your lifespan.

I predict that in the far far future, Kratom will be an important part of many people’s lives. (If it doesn’t get ban before then)

 

Being In Control Of Your Actions

 

Your actions are based on the decisions you make on a daily basis. In other words, your actions control the outcome of the situations you put yourself.

Being in control of your actions isn’t something that alcohol can give you. Your mental focus is no longer there and a lot of stupid decisions are made that you’ll regret later on.

A benefit that Kratom has over Alcohol is that you’re comfortable in your own skin while being fully control for the decisions and actions that you make.

Why bother going through the whole “act like a stupid drunk” when you can be fully aware and in control of what you do and feel good about yourself at the same time.

You wouldn’t want to look back 5 years later and your family and friends remember you as that guys or girls who did something extremely stupid.

Be in control, make decisions based on you, and not your lack of consciousness.

 

Health Benefits Between Alcohol and Kratom

 

Health is often neglected in our modern society with so many fast food, sugary beverages and chemicals that are used to make fat food much more addictive.

Besides all that junk, alcohol has lead to many deaths, not just from intoxication, but drunk driving as well.

We know that Alcohol isn’t good for your liver and stores up a lot of unwanted fat (Beer Belly). Another thing about alcohol is it makes you depressed.

Ever heard of people who became alcoholics because they hate life and feel miserable? Plenty of times, even in movies.

You already might have guessed it. My answer is Kratom. It’s overall good for any occasion and the benefits that it gives out weighs the bad side effects. You can consume it while not ever reaching a level where it could be life threatening or risk your health. The worst thing that can happen is you will have a headache and nausea. Alcohol on the other hand can be life threatening if over consumed.

Plus all of the bad effects and problems that may occur can be fixed easily.

You have control of what you are doing and saying while having a boost in confidence and happiness.

You can’t really abuse kratom because if you do than the side effects will hit and that’ll teach you not to do it.

You can safely operate a vehicle while on it.

It doesn’t have much calories so you don’t have to worry about gaining weight.

You don’t have to take much to get the effects.

It’s easy to keep the tolerance low.

 

Conclusion

 

Alcohol is great sometimes, but don’t overdo it.

If you have an option to choose from Kratom and Alcohol, always choose Kratom. We don’t need more drunk people falling flat on their face every night out to the bars. Plus, think about others when you’re driving.

How I Live The Kratom Lifestyle

If you have been following my YouTube Channel, you’ve probably seen me use Kratom several times in many different situations and purposes. I’ve used it for sleep, anxiety, productivity, pain, sense of well being, and a few more.

The top three purposes that I currently use Kratom for:

If you had something legal that does little to no harm, why would you not use it?

Alcohol and tobacco are legal and people over indulge on these while knowing that it can really mess up their bodies.

People look for ways that can help them get something they want. Example is alcohol gives an excuse for people to act stupid and be themselves, but end up with shitty hangovers and definite liver damage.

Yet people still do it every weekend!

The reason I believe for the huge alcohol and tobacco use is just simply because they are popular. So, since everyone is doing it, why the hell not?

Reverse the popularity of Kratom to alcohol and tobacco and you might as well destroy large businesses and industry.

I can tell you one thing. Kratom is safe… It produces similar beneficial effects as alcohol without the shitty side effects or drunkenness. When you’re on Kratom you’re completely sober too!

So, when you choose to use Kratom over alcohol, you can simply cross off shitty hangovers and drunk driving from your list.

I believe Kratom is for those who want more out of life with a strong sense for achievements, ambition, and a positive outlook on everything. Speaking from 2 years of experience with Kratom.

I personally know people who have taken Kratom for 5-10 years and they’re the happiest and healthiest people.

IBS

I have recently been getting constant gassy stomach, bloating, constipation, and ab pains from consuming one of my brother’s vegetable smoothies. 

I later found out that this was called irritable bowl syndrome which described all the problems I’ve been getting.

The pain was like being punch in the gut nonstop even when I was asleep. 

What helped the most through this problem was kratom.

It got me through the roughest part of IBS which was the constant pains in the stomach and made me feel like the pain wasn’t there at all. 

 

 

In this article I will show you how I used kratom to help with this problem and a little extra things I did to cure it.

Here is a glimpse of what I did to cure my IBS:

  • not laying on my back
  • foam roll
  • changed my diet
  • drink warm water
  • stayed away from sugar
  • had probiotics

 

 

How I Took Kratom For IBS

When I wake up I take my normal dosage of kratom which is 3 grams. In about 15 minutes, the stomach and ab pains will disappear for half the day.

I will take a another dosage for the other half of the day which would be 2.5 grams. Then I would take one last dosage at 2 grams to go to sleep.

Because of this problems I haven’t been rotating the strains properly but I still am trying to take different strains a day. I have notice that my tolerance has shot up but the pain always disappears regardless.

 

I have these strains – Happy Hippo 1, Happy Hippo 2, Magic Hippo, and Snuggie Hippo

 

My Rotation looks like this

For Friday through Saturday I start combining the strains and although my tolerance shoots way up, the kratom will still make the stomach pains go away. I just don’t feel any other effects such as improved mood, calmness, focuc, etc…

 

What Is IBS?

For those that don’t know, IBS is a disorder that affects the large intestine.

It can cause a variety of different problems such as gassinessbloating, constipationpain in the abdomen, diarrhea and constipation.

This syndrome can be caused by different things such as stress, diet and allergic reaction to a certain food.

IBS has made laying on my back unbearable and impossible to get any quality sleep at night. I would build too much gas up if I was laying on my back which wouldn’t be released so I had to lay on my stomach. I would also have to wake up every hour in the middle of the night to use the restroom, but nothing would come out.

What has been helping me a lot with my stomach pains from IBS is taking kratom. Specifically the slow and medium strains which I take three times a day. I have been taking steps to recovery and kratom makes it feel like this syndrome doesn’t even exist, well, until the effects disappear and then i’ll realize that it’s still there.

I can confidently say that the problems that I had is now halved from what it was a week ago.

Here is what I’ve been doing to recover

 

I Try Not To Lay On My Back

I make sure that I am sitting in an upright posture so the gases can be released and not linger and build up around in my stomach.

If I can then I will be standing up and strolling around and this also helps with food digestion and releasing gas from the stomach.

 

I Foam Roll

After taking kratom in the morning, I will usually foam roll my lower back and then my abs. Ever since IBS occurred, I have been aching from the lower back so I use a foam roller and it solves the issue.

I would then foam roll my abs and this helps moves the gases that are stuck in my stomach to go down.

I haven’t been foam rolling anymore because my IBS isn’t too bad anymore and my pains have lowered a lot.

If you don’t have a foam roller then find a cylinder that is thick enough for you to roll your back on (preferably 6×12 or 5×10 will still do).

 

I Eat Foods That Can Easily Be Digested

I stop eating raw vegetables and started boiling them before I eat. I pretty much just threw everything I want to eat into a crockpot and cook it on slow for 8 – 10 hours.

This makes the vegetables, chicken, beef, and everything tender and soft.

If I feel like cheating on my diet, then I would cheat on ramen noodles.

The noodles are soft and easily digestible.

The only problem with this is that it makes me really gassy, which is counter productive.

 

Stay Away From Simple Carbs And Simple Sugars

I would recommend that you stay away from simple sugars and simple carbs if you want to be serious with recovery.

These will cause gassiness and stomach pains if you consume too much.

An example of simple carbs is, white potatoes, white rice, white bread,  ramen noodles.

An example of simple sugar is candy, doughnuts, cake.

If you want carbs then you can try sweet potato.

One fist size sweet potato will fill me up for 3 to 4 hours (this does’t sound right…).

 

I Only Drink Warm Water

Drinking warm water really helps relieve my stomach pains.

This is the only thing I drink now because it’s not only healthy, but also feels good when you drink it.

When I drink the warm water, it makes my soothes my stomach pains and I feel like all the gas builded up is moving down.

You should be drinking a lot of warm water because it will help make the recovery process a lot faster.

I drink warm water in the morning, during breakfast, brunch, lunch, linner, dinner, and before I go to sleep.

This is the only thing you should be drinking. You should stay away from any cold beverage.

 

I Take Probiotics And Eat Yogurt

I take probiotics every day and eat yogurt everyday.

This will help you’re stomach digest food easily so you feel normal again.

These don’t help immediately, but in the long term will keep your digestive system functioning properly and healthy.

I got my probiotics from a probiotic drink in the dairy aisle and same for the yogurt.

They taste great so you should have no problem consuming them.

One thing that I do before I consuming these two is that I leave them out of the fridge and let them warm up to room temperature before I consume them.

The only reason I do this is because it easier on my stomach.

 

Conclusion

I cannot emphasize enough on how much kratom has helped me through this problem. 

My stomach was in excruciating pain and the only way I can describe it would be like holding in your poop for 2 weeks straight.

With Kratom the pain completely went away until the effects wore off.

As for the extra things that I did to help cure IBS, the main thing that I recommend is to change up you’re eating habits and diet if nothing else.

Eating healthy and easily digestive food will give your digestive  system less work so this will give it an easier and faster time to heal up.

“Work, work, work,” a motto that almost everyone one abides by unless you want to be homeless and living in a card board box. We all put in a lot of our time into our jobs, and in return our minds become so engrossed with our work that sometimes we don’t really allow ourselves to take much needed rest.

We need this rest to rejuvenate our mind and restrengthen our will power so we can get back on the grind.

I have to admit that I do this all the time and just I can’t take my mind off of work and school. When it comes time to rest, my mind would aways be in space and worrying about work, homework, chores and it’s just really hard to take yourself away from the world that you live in for most of the days.

Here is where kratom comes in handy.

 

The Strains You Should Use to have Fun and Relax

The strain that I recommend for you to consume when you just want to relax and have fun is the medium or slow strain.

The slow strain will make you pretty sleepy and relax your body so you can have really good naps.

The medium strain will calm you’re mind and make you happy which will help you from stressing and worrying about work.

These strains are also great when you have to spend time with family members that really annoys you. You will be happy to share their company and it doesn’t feel like you are putting any effort to deal with them.

Any activity that you partake in will become very enjoyable to you and you will be in the present moment and have a great time. I love to play video games when i’m on kratom because it makes me feel like a kid again during those times when I could play it for hours at a time and did not a have care in the world.

 

Combine These 2 Strains

I want to share with you a combination of two strains that I believe makes me feel the greatest! You are free to use this combination too at your own will, heck, you can even try and experiment a bunch of combinations for yourself, and tell me what your best combinations are. 

This combination of mine is the composition of a moderate + slow:

Magic Hippo (Moderate) + Snuggie Hippo (Slow) = Me feeling the greatest.

I encourage everyone to start experimenting with Kratom Combination, and finding the hidden treasure of great feelings.

These strains combined allow you to relax your body, calm your mind, and enjoy the present time with everything around you. Unlike taking one specific strain you get the best of both strains and it will blow your mind. I know it did for me. This is where Kratom really shines and it’s a beautiful process.

The time I use these strains the most are on holidays, and rest days which are on sundays.

 

Any strain can be used on rest days and you will feel good, but if you want to feel relax and just chill then I recommend that you go with the slow or medium strains.

Kratom for Productivity

 

Being productive on Kratom is one of the best uses for people who need to get things done and be engaged in whatever project they are doing. 

As much as we love to use Kratom to relax, we also feel as if it’s equally, if not, more important that you take initiative to do and get things done throughout your day while on Kratom.

Being productive on Kratom, whether it is a fast, moderate, or slow strain can benefit you in getting things done faster than you normally would. The only difference is that moderate and fast strains gives you more energy, focus and motivation oppose to slow strains that makes you a little more sleepy. Being happy while working works just as well to get things done.

Why we believe Kratom is such a great supplement for productivity is because Kratom really makes you happy and positive, when people are happy and positive, they tend to work more efficiently than people who are negative, stressed out, and overwhelmed.

Why would you not take the benefit of feeling happy to get things done? It is a wonderful feeling when you accomplish something for the day in combination with enjoying the work you put in is an even greater reward.

Notice how when you’re stressed out about getting work done on time. Doesn’t it bother you to the point where you begin to procrastinate more and more until the last minute. It’s like worrying but also being lazy until the last minute to get to a safety boat while the boat sinks. You better get on that safety boat fast before there’s none left.

 

How It Works:

Kratom affects the delta receptors in your brain. The delta receptors are responsible for mood enhancing, pain management, motivation, euphoria, and a boost in energy. 

The two great things about the delta receptor is that they are  less prone to dependency, and side effects are not too bad (just nauseous or sleepy/tired). 

So with mood enhancing, motivation, euphoria, and boost in energy, you can bet that it will help you get to work and be engaged in whatever that you are trying to accomplish.

We feel that being happy (mood enhancing) has done wonders for our activities that we are engaged in and needed to get done.

 

Being Happy = Productivity

Using Kratom To Be Productive

Yes, we do emphasize a lot about being happy on Kratom, and it is our favorite use just for that specific reason. Happiness is the key to being productive on Kratom.

It’s best to maximize your Kratom experience. Instead of sitting on the couch feeling the rush of warm fuzzy happy feelings from Kratom, get up and do something and make a whole new experience.

I find myself always in a clear state of mind and more creative when I am feeling happy from Kratom.

Use Kratom to your benefit to get things done.

An example you see in your daily life would be to look around whether you’re working or going to school, the person who looks happy to be there is always more focused than those who are just there to be there. In the end, the people who are happy are the ones who get things done, they enjoy it, and in return, they make more money/promotions and get better grades.

An unhappy negative worker bee will never gather as much honey as a happy positive worker bee.

 

What Strains To Use and Dosage?

I like to say any strains, but for the most effective strains use moderate – fast strains. Some slow strains are just as great such as Top Shelf Bali, it’s not as sedating, but gives you quite a happy feeling when you’re working on things.

For the slow strain, make sure that it is your regular dosage and not anything more because you will feel sedated. Avoid overdosing.

Same with moderate strains and fast strains. Find your sweet spot for each, and avoid overdosing. You can add a slight .5 grams or more to see if it gives you stronger effects, but you will risk overdosing. experiment with adding up your dosage before you try it for work.

 

Conclusion:

Get Happy, Get Stuff Done and Take Some Kratom.
