Before we dive into this topic, if you don’t know what Kratom is, check out the guide here.

Best Time To Consume Kratom

Consuming Kratom at the right time is very important if you want to get the strongest effect.

During my first week of starting Kratom, I wasn’t too aware or concern that there was a specific time that you were supposed to take it. There were many times when I took Kratom and didn’t feel anything from it and wondered if this was a waste of money, so I searched the web for advice.

What I found was that the effect of Kratom hits harder when you’re on an empty stomach.

So when are you most likely to have an empty stomach?

Early in the morning duh.

So I tried it out and it was true. The only problem I had was that when I had taken Kratom on an empty stomach, I would then eat a big meal a little too soon and the effects would wear off shortly after.

Don’t eat after you have taken Kratom on an empty stomach and Let the effects run for 2-3 hours before you eat!

There is an exception, though. The exception is that you can still have a small meal in the morning and still get great effects/aromas from Kratom. I highly suggest beginners have a small light meal for breakfast before they take Kratom.

Beginners are still new, and for some, it may take some time for their body to get used to Kratom.

So now that you know when is the best time to consume Kratom, let’s talk about how to take the same strain again on the same day.

What If You Want to Take Kratom Again That Same Day?

A good question to ask yourself when deciding whether or not to use Kratom is “how many times are you planning to consume Kratom?”

If you’re planning to use kratom 2+ times per day then make sure it is not close to your meals. I suggest you should wait around 2-3 hours before eating.

So, what it should look like is:

9:00 A.M: You just woke up. Your stomach is empty, this would be the prime time to take Kratom. It is exceptional to have a small meal in the morning before taking Kratom. We highly suggest beginners do have a small meal before taking Kratom in the morning as it will prevent unwanted side effects.

11:00 A.M: If you haven’t eaten yet, or had your small meal, go ahead and eat. You’ll also notice that the aroma is starting to fade.

2:00 P.M: Take Kratom again. For some people, you might want to take a slightly larger amount (if you took 2 grams this morning, try 2.5 grams in the afternoon) of Kratom as your body has already started to build a tolerance. For some people, they can still take the same amount and still get the aroma including yours truly.

You can then eat after two hours later.

Note: Just a heads up, if you do decide to take Kratom on the same day, you’re slightly increasing the tolerance. I suggest that you should not take that specific strain again until 3 days to a week later. Instead, you should take a different strain the next day, and a different one the following day after that.

Always keep your tolerance to Kratom as low as possible. If you don’t know how you should check out or Kratom Beginners Guide, or check out an article specifically related to preventing you from building up a tolerance to Kratom.

In Conclusion

The best time to take Kratom is on a slightly empty stomach, but a completely empty stomach is more preferred.

Beginners should, at least, have a small meal before taking Kratom in the morning as it will help their body adjust and get used to the alkaloids presented in Kratom.

Don’t expect to get great aromas if you take Kratom right after eating a big meal. That’s just not going to give you a great bubbly feeling that you hoped for.

If you’re a person who loves Kratom and wants to take it more than once a day, do know that you do build up the same day tolerance to Kratom and might need to take a slightly higher amount to get an aroma. This is, however, different for some people. Some may take the same amount as they did earlier in the day and still get a great aroma.

Do not take that same Kratom strain again the next day because you really do want to keep your tolerance as low as possible.

That’s it for this post folks. 🙂 I hope it was educational and helpful to you all. If you are looking for a vendor, I’d recommend that you get your Kratom from HappyHippoHerbals. They are the best and always have the freshest Kratom on planet Earth!

Cheers,

I would suggest not to eat grains before taking this or any supplements because grains (such as bread) absorb supplements. If you ate grains wait at least an hour.

Do you think that I could get the same effects using the same amount if I use a different strain in the morning and a different strain in the afternoon dose?

Hey Nicole, It depends on how the strain will make you feel, every strain is different. If you mean will it affect your tolerance, then no, but it will if you do the same things tommorrow with the exact same strains, so don’t take those two strains again for at least a week. Did this clear up your question? =)
